1. About Meer Organics

Meer Organics is a Bangladesh-based beauty and personal care brand focused on ingredient transparency, plant and mineral-based formulations, and customer trust.

Our goal is to provide clear product information and thoughtfully formulated beauty and personal care products.

2. Use of Our Website

By using our website, you confirm that:

You will use our website only for lawful purposes.
You will not misuse, interfere with, or attempt to damage our website, services, or systems.
You will provide accurate and up-to-date information during checkout, account registration, or other interactions with us.

3. Product Information

We strive to ensure that product descriptions, ingredient information, images, shade information, pricing, and other product details are accurate and up to date.

However:

Product colors may appear slightly different due to screen settings, lighting conditions, photography, and individual device displays.
Natural and plant-derived ingredients may result in minor variations in texture, scent, or appearance between batches.
Product information may be updated, corrected, or modified when necessary.
Meer Organics reserves the right to correct errors or update product information at any time.

Virtual Try-On Disclaimer:

Our Virtual Try-On feature is intended for visual reference only. The actual lipstick shade may appear slightly different depending on your skin tone, lighting conditions, camera, device screen, and display settings.

4. Pricing and Payment

All prices are displayed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT).
Applicable taxes or charges will be stated where relevant.
We currently accept Cash on Delivery (COD), bKash, Nagad, and other approved payment methods.
For Cash on Delivery orders, the applicable delivery charge must be paid in advance. The product value may then be paid through Cash on Delivery (COD) at the time of delivery. Customers may also choose to pay the full order amount in advance.
Promotional offers and discounts may be modified, limited, or discontinued without prior notice.
Meer Organics reserves the right to correct pricing errors or update prices when necessary.

5. Shipping & Delivery

We deliver products throughout Bangladesh.
Estimated delivery time is 1–3 working days inside Tangail and 2–5 working days outside Tangail. Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, weather conditions, public holidays, high order volumes, or other circumstances beyond our control.
The applicable delivery charge must be paid in advance. For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, the product value may be paid at the time of delivery. Customers may also choose to pay the full order amount in advance.
Current delivery charges are:
Inside Tangail: ৳70
Outside Tangail: ৳130
The delivery charge paid in advance is non-refundable, except where Meer Organics agrees otherwise or where required by applicable law.
All return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless otherwise agreed by Meer Organics.

6. Returns & Refunds

Meer Organics offers two types of return and refund options.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Products

If you receive a:

Damaged product
Defective product
Different or incorrect product

you must contact us within 3 days of receiving your order.

For these cases, the product must be unused and returned in its original condition and packaging. Clear photos or videos may be required to verify the issue.

3-Day Return & Refund Guarantee

If you believe that the product you received does not match the ingredient or formula information we have provided, you may request a return and refund within 3 days of receiving your order.

Under this specific guarantee, the product may have been opened and used during the 3-day period and may still be eligible for return and refund, subject to our Returns & Refunds Policy.

All returns, refunds, and replacements are subject to the conditions described in our Returns & Refunds Policy.

7. Virtual Try-On

Our Virtual Try-On feature uses your device camera to provide a live, mirror-style lipstick preview.

Meer Organics does not provide a feature through the Virtual Try-On to capture, record, save, or upload photos or videos.

Camera access is used for the live Virtual Try-On experience and can be controlled through your browser or device permissions.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, images, graphics, logos, product photographs, packaging designs, videos, website designs, and other materials, is the property of Meer Organics or is used with appropriate rights and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

Unauthorized copying, reproduction, modification, distribution, or commercial use of our content without prior written permission from Meer Organics is prohibited.

9. Website Availability

We aim to keep our website available and functioning properly. However, we do not guarantee that the website will always be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or available at all times.

We may temporarily suspend, modify, or discontinue any part of the website for maintenance, security, updates, or other operational reasons.
