1. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Products
You may request a return or replacement if:

You received a different or incorrect product from what you ordered.

For these cases:
You must contact us within 3 days of receiving your order.
The product must be unused and returned in its original condition and packaging.
For a damaged or defective product, you must provide clear photos or videos showing the issue before returning the product.
Used products are not eligible for return or refund under this section.
2. 3-Day Return & Refund Guarantee
We believe customers should be able to purchase Meer Organics with confidence.
If you believe that the product you received does not match the ingredient or formula information we have provided, you may request a return and refund within 3 days of receiving your order.
Under this specific guarantee:
You must notify us within 3 days of receiving the product.
The product may have been opened and used during this 3-day period.
- A product that has been used during this period may still be eligible for return and refund.
- You must provide your order number, product name, and clear photos or videos where necessary so that we can review the claim.
This guarantee specifically applies when the product is claimed to not match the ingredient or formula information communicated by Meer Organics. It does not mean that every individual customer will have the same personal experience or preference with a cosmetic product.
3. Return Process
To request a return or refund:

- For damaged, defective, or incorrect products, contact us within 3 days of receiving your order.
- For our 3-Day Return & Refund Guarantee, contact us within 3 days of receiving your order.
Provide:
- Order number
- Product name
- A brief description of the issue
- Clear photos or videos showing the product and the issue, where applicable
- Our support team will review your request within 2 working days.
- If approved, we will provide instructions for returning the product.
For damaged products, customers must provide photo or video evidence of the product's condition before returning it.
4. Return Shipping & Delivery Charges
The delivery charge paid in advance is non-refundable, except where Meer Organics agrees otherwise or where required by applicable law.
All return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless otherwise agreed by Meer Organics.
5. Refund Method
Once the returned product has been received and inspected, an approved refund will be processed within 7 days.
For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be made through bKash.
The customer must provide a correct and active bKash number for receiving the refund.
If only part of an order is eligible for a refund, only the value of the eligible products will be refunded. Advance-paid delivery charges are non-refundable unless otherwise agreed by Meer Organics or required by applicable law.
6. Replacement Option
For eligible damaged, defective, or incorrect products, customers may request a replacement instead of a refund, subject to product availability.
7. Non-Eligible Returns
Returns or refunds may not be accepted when:
- The applicable return period has expired.
- A damaged, defective, or incorrect product has been used before the return request, except where the 3-Day Return & Refund Guarantee applies.
- The product was damaged due to misuse, improper handling, improper storage, or intentional damage.
- The customer cannot provide the information or evidence reasonably required to review the claim.
- The claim does not fall under any of the return or refund conditions described in this policy.
Special promotional, clearance, gift, or sample products may have separate return or refund conditions where applicable.
