1. Delivery Coverage

We currently deliver all over Bangladesh, including Dhaka, Chattogram, Sylhet, Rajshahi, Khulna, and other major cities.

2. Delivery Time

Inside Tangail: 1–3 working days
Outside Tangail: 2–5 working days
Delivery times may vary due to weather, courier delays, or unavoidable circumstances.

3. Shipping Charges

Inside Tangail: ৳60
Outside Tangail: ৳100
Free shipping on orders above ৳1,000.

4. Order Processing

Orders are processed within 24 hours of confirmation.
Once shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via SMS or email.

5. Cash on Delivery (COD)

We offer Cash on Delivery service across Bangladesh for your convenience.

6. Damaged or Missing Items

If your product arrives damaged or incomplete, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with an unboxing photo or video. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund after verification.
